THE PARTY CELL OF GRADES 1, 2, AND 3 ORGANIZES THEMATIC MEETING: "PROMOTING THE ROLE OF THE PARTY CELL – BUILDING A SOCIALIST SCHOOL"
Implementing Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU dated January 14, 2026, issued by the Executive Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on building and implementing models of socialism associated with socialist citizens in Hai Phong City for the 2026–2030 period and subsequent years, the Party Cell of grades 1, 2, and 3, under the Party Organization of Hung Vuong Primary School organized a thematic meeting with the theme “Promoting the Role of the Party Cell – Building a Socialist School'.”
Attending and directing the meeting was Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai, Party Committee Secretary and Principal of the school, along with members of the Party Executive Committee. Their guidance and leadership serve as a vital source of encouragement and direction for the Party Cell to continually improve the quality of its activities and promote its leading role in fulfilling the school's political and educational tasks.
During the session, Party members focused on studying, exchanging views, and discussing the core content of Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU, particularly on concretizing the "Socialist School" model into practical tasks suited to the characteristics of a primary school.
Accordingly, building a socialist school goes beyond merely constructing modern and spacious facilities; it also aims for an advanced, humane, equitable, and integrated educational environment, where every student is cared for, respected, loved, and provided with the optimal conditions for comprehensive development.
Key topics discussed and highlighted by the Party Cell included:
Promoting the leadership role of the Party Cell: Linking Party building work with professional duties; enhancing the sense of responsibility, pioneering spirit, and exemplary role of every official and Party member in all educational activities.
Building a humane, democratic, and disciplined educational environment: Cultivating exemplary conduct and culture, creating a safe, friendly, and positive learning environment; educating students to be loving, caring, united, honest, and responsible.
Ensuring equity in education: Paying close attention to each student, respecting individual differences, and identifying and nurturing every child's unique potential; ensuring no student is left behind, and enabling all students to access learning and development opportunities tailored to their abilities.
Innovating teaching methods and enhancing educational quality: Boosting the application of information technology and digital transformation, while promoting students' proactiveness and creativity; placing strong emphasis on developing qualities, core competencies, life skills, and readiness for integration.
Strengthening collaboration among school, family, and society: Building close-knit partnerships in student education; leveraging collective strength to create a positive, healthy, and sustainable educational environment.
Through this thematic meeting, each official and Party member gained a deeper awareness of their role and responsibility in realizing the goal of building a socialist school. Every concrete action, every passionate lesson, every exemplary behavior, and every act of care shown to students contributes to generating positive values for the school.
The meeting also served as an opportunity for the Party Cell to review, exchange ideas, and propose practical solutions to enhance educational quality, and build a team of responsible, dedicated, and creative teachers; while affirming the Party Cell's role as the political core in leading the successful implementation of the school year's tasks.

With high political determination, unity, and a strong sense of responsibility, The Party Cell of grades 1, 2, and 3 will continue to concretize Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU through practical actions, contributing to building Hung Vuong Primary School into an increasingly advanced, modern, humane, equitable, and integrated institution—truly deserving of being an educational environment where every day at school is a happy and meaningful day for the students!
